First time user? Submit a new ticket
This system will allow you to track the progress of your help ticket. From conception to completion. All requests must be submitted through this system. This system is in place to make sure all issues are dealt with in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Included in the list of requests are:

- ·Work station setup
- ·IT Repair
- ·Printer Repair
- ·New employee setup
- ·Web design
We know this is not a complete list of issues that you will have, but please understand in order for us to get through all of the requests we must be able to track them.
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE SYSTEM:
- 1.) You submit your ticket. (Please be descriptive and reference CMS job # where possible)
- 2.) Once recieved, you will get an email confirmation.
- 3.) If any clarification is required, our staff will respond to your ticket via email.
- 4.) Once the request is resolved you will get an email confirming the closure of the request.
